Following a number of incidents culminating in a series of nuisance phone-calls on 28th October 2009 which had to be reported to the Police as MALICIOUS harrassment (with overtones of fraud), it is advised that anyone booking Tia-Anna for Entertainment work, auditions, interviews, etc. consider their motives carefully when preparing to call, and be happy to provide their FULL name, a traceable phone-number (Landline if at all possible) and a BUSINESS ADDRESS from the outset in their initial call, to establish that they are genuine. This request doesen't of course, apply to recognised repeat customers and colleagues who already do regular business with the Artiste.

Customers are also reminded that misrepresentation of organisations or individuals in phonecalls or emails constitutes FRAUD and this is a CRIMINAL OFFENCE in the UK and most other countries. In addition, harrassment by repeated offensive phonecalls and other allied abusive behaviour on the phone or via Email also constitutes a criminal offence and in many cases the penalty can mean A PRISON SENTENCE. The Artiste therefore, with all due courtesy and respect, has agreed that ANY abusive behaviour on the phone or via email/internet will be reported to the Authorities, and the heaviest penalties sought, for such behaviour, WITHOUT EXCEPTION.

Once again, if contacting the Artiste by phone, in relation to booking requests, phoning from a witheld number is NOT ACCEPTABLE; at the very least the caller can expect to be politely requested to call again on a recognised number, or use another channel of communication such as email.
(N. B. if Hotmail or another Free email is the only email address offered by the client, the client may be obliged to provide ADDITIONAL evidence of ID).
